PA Pre-K Counts Preschool Program
HCCADC offers a Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts (Pre-K Counts) Program that is free to all those that apply and are accepted. Your child must be 3 years of age by September 1st to be enrolled in the Pre-K Counts Program.
Income is a factor when determine eligibility for the program; however, we encourage all families to apply regardless of income.
Pre-K Counts is a state-funded program that provides education, health and social services to families with children that are between the ages of 3 and until the entry age for Kindergarten. Pre-K Counts is designed to provide high-quality education to children that are living in households that earn up to 300% of the federal income poverty guidelines.

Important Enrollment Information:
If you complete an online application with us, it serves as more of a referral. A staff member will reach out to you and schedule a time to complete an in-person visit. At the time of application, you will be asked to provide the following information:
- Birth Certificate/ Record
- Immunization Records
- Proof of Income from the Previous Year
- Proof of Assistance Programs (if applicable)
- Court Orders (if applicable)
Operation Hours & Schedule:
All classrooms are Monday through Friday for 5 and a half hours a day. Times will vary based on classroom assignments.
